The Pikobuy Spreadsheet Pull List, sorted by what to check
Sixteen unbranded finds you can order through Pikobuy, each filed under the one thing its warehouse photos have to prove: the fit, the artwork, the hardware, or simply the colour.

Shelf photos for the first eight categories
Each shelf opens a category of the product catalogue. All sixteen are on the Spreadsheet page.
Choose the warehouse check your find needs first
Each file starts with a question you can ask about the received item. A measurement photo helps compare fit; a focused close-up helps inspect a print; a hardware view shows a clasp or joint; a one-size item still needs its dimensions and colour checked. These are inspection prompts, not proof of durability, authenticity or function. Save the relevant question before placing the order.

- Tape-measure pulls
3 finds. Sets and hoodies where the measurement decides everything.
- Close-up pulls
4 finds. Prints and embroidery that a sharp photo can judge.
- Hardware pulls
5 finds. Clasps, buckles, open rings and stone settings.
- One-size pulls
4 finds. Caps and a straw hat; the easiest first order.
Two pulls from the list
Here are two finds in full, so you can see what every entry carries: the price we read and the date, why it earned a place, which photos to ask the warehouse for, and what the seller's option menu really says. The remaining fourteen are in the full pull list.
Close-upBlack long-sleeve tee with skull and helmet prints
- Price read October 24, 202687.77 yuan
- OptionsOne colour, labelled 1; S, M, L, XL
- WeightNot listed; the warehouse weighs it at check-in
Why it is on the list. Seven printed skulls run down the sleeves and one sits on the chest, so the value of this shirt is the print quality. Cracked or blurred ink is the failure to watch for, and only a close photo shows it.
Ask the warehouse for: Close-up of the chest print with the whole skull in frame; One sleeve laid straight, prints in focus; A full-length shot that shows the cuffs.
Size note. The Chinese title says loose fit. It also says short-sleeve base layer, while every photo shows long sleeves, so confirm the sleeve length with the seller before paying.
Menu note. Colour is just the number 1. The shop watermark in the photo belongs to the seller, not to any label on the garment.

HardwareCrowned letter pendant with small letters below
- Price read October 24, 202614 yuan per small letter; 150 yuan for the large crowned letter
- OptionsLarge letter in gold or silver tone; small letters priced one at a time
- WeightNot listed; the warehouse weighs it at check-in
Why it is on the list. The stone-set letter is the kind of piece where loose stones are the main risk. It also carries the most misleading price on this list, which is a good reason to show it.
Ask the warehouse for: The stone setting, close up, from two angles; The bail and jump ring that hold the pendant; The letters you chose, in the order you asked for.
Size note. No chain length listed; the photo shows a rope chain, but the menu never says a chain is included.
Menu note. The headline 14 yuan buys one small letter. The crowned capital is 150. Count the letters in your name before you add anything to the cart.

What a Pikobuy Spreadsheet is, and what this one adds
A Pikobuy Spreadsheet is a product catalogue: shelves of item cards, each with photos, a yuan figure and the address of the marketplace listing on Taobao, Weidian or 1688. You browse by category, copy a link you like, and paste it into Pikobuy, which buys the item for you. The name is older than the format; what you use today looks like a shop window.
This site keeps a shorter, opinionated version. Instead of thousands of cards, it holds sixteen finds that passed four filters, and each one comes with the warehouse photos worth paying for. The search box above and the shelves below the heading reach the full catalogue whenever you want more choice.

Pikobuy in a paragraph
Pikobuy is a China shopping agent run by Hong Kong Niuniubox Technology Co., Limited, the company behind the earlier Niuniubox brand. You hand it a listing link or a keyword, pay for the goods, and the item travels to Pikobuy's warehouse in China. There it is checked in, photographed and checked for defects. When you are ready you pick a shipping route, pay the freight, and the parcel comes to you. The full picture, including when another agent may suit you better, is on our Pikobuy page.

Ninety-seven seconds of official Pikobuy footage
Pikobuy hosts a short tutorial on its own guide page. It runs from registration to the final payment in about a minute and a half, and it shows screens you will not see until you have an account: the order summary, the route cards and the payment list. We embed it unedited. Our step-by-step Pikobuy guide walks through the same screens with notes on what each one means for your money.
Draft a specific photo request and track the return deadline
Tick your chosen finds to assemble a draft photo request, then edit it for the selected option and copy it into the appropriate Pikobuy request field. The tool itself submits nothing. Its second form calculates from the In Warehouse timestamp using the published next-hour plus 120-hour rule; confirm the time shown in your account and request help early if eligibility is uncertain. Open the note builder and clock for the input details.

Why trust a short list over a long one
Long lists save time until you hit a listing whose menu sells something different from its photo. Every find here had its English title, its Chinese title and every option name read, and its cover opened at full size. We also checked that the other finds sites we could read had not already featured it. That is what we do differently: fewer items, read more closely, with the read date printed next to every price.
We have not bought these items. Where we describe a fit or a print, we are describing the seller's photos and words, and we say so. The warehouse photos you request are the real test.
