Pikobuy, the renamed Niuniubox, read closely
A Hong Kong operated shopping agent, formerly Niuniubox, with precise return rules and an 8% fee on freight.
Who runs Pikobuy
Pikobuy is a shopping agent registered in Hong Kong. Choose a listing on Taobao, Weidian or 1688 and it places the purchase for you, takes delivery at its own warehouse in China, inspects it and sends it abroad. The copyright line at the bottom of every Pikobuy page credits NiuNiuBox; the terms of service name Hongkong Niuniubox Technology Co., LTD, with [email protected] as the contact. The same terms say the website is owned and operated by Niuniubox Limited. Three spellings of one company, all pointing to the operator of the older Niuniubox brand.
Niuniubox renamed itself Pikobuy, and the paperwork has not fully caught up. We treat that as a reassuring detail rather than a worrying one: the business behind the old name is the business behind the new one.

What Pikobuy does the way every agent does
The core service is the same at every agent. You pay for the goods first. A purchasing assistant orders from the shop, which posts the goods to a Chinese warehouse, where they are photographed. You choose items to pack together, pick a route and pay the freight. Third-party carriers do the international leg, and customs and duties are your responsibility.
The disclaimers are the same too. Pikobuy says it is not the seller and cannot verify every marketplace merchant, that sellers decide returns, and that carriers carry the shipping risk. Any agent will say much the same.

Why Pikobuy, specifically
A few things are particular to Pikobuy as of October 2026. Its returns page states the window precisely, 120 hours counted from the next hour after the status turns In Warehouse, rather than a vague five days. Its order page treats extra QC photos and video as named services with a required note, which suits a list like ours. Its route cards show volumetric and chargeable weight side by side before you pay. And the parcel step lists add-ons such as vacuum packing with a plain warning about refunds afterwards.
The software is Pikobuy's own rather than a shared template, the checkout lists twelve online payment methods in the video, and the support channels include a ticket system, email, Discord and a subreddit.

Cases where Pikobuy may not suit you
Pikobuy does not publish a free storage period, a free photo count or route prices that we could read without an account, so if you want to plan every number before signing up, an agent that publishes them may suit you better. The return rules lean on seller consent like everyone else's, and the 8% freight fee is a real cost on heavy parcels. If you already have a working account elsewhere with credit on it, there is no reason to move a small order.
Pikobuy's user agreement also points 1688 buyers to an expert purchasing service for guaranteed procurement and warns that its standard 1688 service has limited samples and after-sales. Bulk buyers should read that clause first.

Three families of agent behind the names on finds lists
Search for any finds list and you will meet a dozen other agents by name. Most fall into three groups. Some build their own platform, as Pikobuy does. Many run on a shared white-label system, which is why their screens, wording and even their help articles look alike while the companies behind them differ. A few are closer to plain forwarders: they receive what you bought yourself and ship it on, with fewer services and fewer fees.
Comparing agents fairly means comparing published rules, not adverts: the freight service fee, the return window and who pays, the photo services, and how disputes with carriers are handled. That is the same checklist we used on Pikobuy.

A trust test we ran on Pikobuy
Choosing an agent comes down to a few checks. Look for an operator name you can match between the footer and the terms; Pikobuy passes, with spelling variations. Look for written rules on returns and freight fees; Pikobuy has both, with the contradiction on the buying fee we describe on the costs page. Look for a support channel that leaves a record, such as a ticket. Start with a small order and see how the photos and the parcel step feel before trusting it with a large one.
Pikobuy's stated position on counterfeits is in its terms: it applies a zero-tolerance policy to counterfeit goods and products that infringe intellectual property, and its search refuses branded or professional products whose authenticity it cannot verify. Every find on this site is unbranded for the same reason.
